The SPM/MEMS research lab is one of the many research labs that exist in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at the University of Manitoba.

The research group consists of faculty members and graduate students who perform research in the fields of scanning probe microscopy (SPM), Nanoelectronics, and Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS). The SPM/MEMS research lab performs much of its research in conjunction with other industrial or government institutions.
