The Microelectronics and Nanotechnology Research Group is within the University of Manitoba's Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and led by Dr. Douglas Buchanan. Members of the group have diverse interests ranging from experimental methods for evaluating high k dielectrics to biosensor design using silicon.
On this site we have made available a collection of published articles about our work, and information about group members.
