for a two-year term starting from January 1, 2012.

online journal published by the IEEE
Communications Society for tutorials and surveys covering all aspects of the communications
field.

The strategic project "Advanced Transmission and Resource Management Techniques for Cooperative Cellular Wireless Networks" has been funded
